Rural landscapes of Leicestershire and South West Ireland are the inspiration for my recent imagery.
Animal tracks, black peat fields and the errosion of 'weather beaten' land, all have a certain beauty, that taken out of context can lend their patterns to abstract interpretation of landscape shapes.
Documenting these, sometimes very subtle, 'scars' on the land is something that I am continualy fascinated by. http://www.henriettacorbett.com/
